Navidad the Tapir
My name is Navidad! I was rescued in 2005 around Christmas as my name implies. I was a tiny tapir calf with spots and stripes and was brought to the zoo after being kept illegally as a pet. Now, I’m all grown up and have had tiny tapirs of my own. My sons are Marchismo and Sparks and we are all proud members of the TBZ Tapir Troop!
